Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and maintain a client base of active forex self-traders, corporate and institutional
    clients through phone, email and live chat
 Offer multiple forex trading solutions, platforms and services to self trading clients
 Provide exceptional support to existing client base including market commentary and trading
    education
 Liaise with local and international sales and support teams


Ideal Candidate Should Be:
 Aggressive and result oriented with excellent selling skill
 Degree holder with major in Economics / Finance / Business Administration preferred
 Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must
 Proficiency on PC and word-processing ( both English and Chinese ), at least 30 wpm in Chinese
 Must be able work on rotating shifts. (Day shift 8AM - 5PM / Night shift 3PM - 12AM)



                                    Client Support Representative


Key Responsibilities:
 Handle active forex clients’ enquiries through phone, email and live chat in a professional manner
 Support Sales Team in offering our multiple forex trading solutions, platforms and services to self
    trading clients
 Provide exceptional support to existing client base including market commentary, trading education and
    audit
 Liaise with local and international sales and support teams


Ideal Candidate Should Be:
 Degree holder with major in Economics / Finance / Business Administration preferred
 Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must

                                            Operations Associate

You will be a part of the Operations Team supporting our Sales Team by reviewing & auditing clients’
account applications and handling clients’ fund transfers and enquiries about Account Opening procedure
and Account Maintenance procedure, mainly through phone, email and live chat.


Key Responsibilities:

    Review, audit and follow up clients’ trading account applications in strict compliance with regulatory
     requirements
    Handle general customer enquiries mainly through telephone, live chat and email for trading account
     opening procedures and requirements
    Trading account set up
    Client account maintenance (administrative), including fund transfers, account setting edits
    Performing data entry and general clerical duties is a must


Ideal Candidate Should Be:
 Associate Degree holder or above in any discipline
 Strong PC and word-processing in both English and Chinese. At least 30 wpm in Chinese is a must
 Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
    Outgoing, articulate, ambitious, positive and good team player
    Responsible and attentive to detail, strong customer focus
    Shift duty requested (Day shift 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or night shift 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
