(other group companies are Zee Tv, Essel propack, Dish TV and Playwin etc)
Financial Services Industry.. Intrex has set up two innovative businesses within short span
of two years of its operations viz.1) Intrex Trade Exchange and 2) Itz Cash.
Currently handling support of SAP HR pay roll. Company has not given support contract to
any consultancy specifically for HR module. The support is handled by the internal team
trained by IBM.
Currently handling SAP HR Pay–roll for all Four companies (Salaries,
PF,PT,ESIC ,MLWF and other related reports.
HR functions.-Recruitment, Selection, Joining formalities, PMS, Employee
Looking after the Statutory requirements every month and filing of Returns.
Organizing Training program and Preparing Job Description.
Exit: Implementation of Exit process online, Conducting Exit Interview, Feedback
evaluation, Full & Final Settlement formalities.
Others: Annual Functions, Weekly Meeting, Corporate outing, employee database,

SAP implemented in our company, with IBM as consultant to the project. I am core team
member and team lead for HR module... Jobs performed: -
Prepared the AS IS and the blue print.
Preparation of Test Scripts and testing of base configurations.
Preparation of upload tools (LSMW) for data uploads.
Uploaded the seven months legacy payroll data.
Prepared end user training materials and end user manual.
Trained the end users in R/3 system.

Salary structure and appointment and offer letter format is done along with MIS reports.
