       I. Objectives of the exercise

 To represent consortia to a call for tenders
  procedures on an issue related to the use of outer
  space

 To identify technical, legal, financial and political
  issues in order to develop an appropriate
  submission

 To master a topical issue of law of space activities
  using a dynamic and realistic simulation
      II. Theme of the exercise
 The theme focuses on the use of space for
security

 The consortia are charged with drafting a
proposal

 The call for tenders is submitted by ESA
          III. Parties involved

 Each consortium is composed of the public and
private sectors in particular : industries, national
space agencies, satellite operators, space services
providers, universities…

 Eight consortia are in competition
               IV. Schedule
 Mon. 1th – Composition of the groups

 Thur. 11th at 5 pm – Deadline for submission of
the proposals to ESA representatives

 Fri. 12th at 11.30 am – Interviews : question /
answer session with ESA representatives

 Fri. 12th at 5.30 pm – Announcement of the
results
