   Who is eligible for the plan?
    ◦   The public school employee
    ◦   Current spouse
    ◦   Children or Adopted Children
    ◦   Children who are under your legal guardianship
   Starting with the 2011 plan year, these are
    the requirements for a dependent to age 26
    ◦ Unmarried
    ◦ Parents provide at least 50% of financial support
    ◦ Parents’ address is dependent’s permanent address


   Birth Certificate required for dependent audits
   The EBD Buzz – Special Enrollment Edition
    ◦ Currently in the mailing process
    ◦ Should arrive in mailboxes by July 1st
    ◦ Sent to all eligible members in the system
