Lesley A. Moradian




Lesley has more than 18 years experience as in-house trademark counsel for The Estee
Lauder companies, Inc., based in New York. The company is a global marketer of
prestige cosmetics under 26 different brands such as (ESTEE LAUDER, CLNIQUE,
MAC, ORIGINS, BOBBI BROWN, AVEDA, ARAMIS, JO MALONE, LA MER, DARPHIN,
PRESCRIPTIVES) and is the exclusive worldwide fragrance/cosmetics licensee for
DONNA KARAN, TOMMY HILFIGER TOM FORD, SEAN JOHN, MICHALE KORS,
KITON brands and others.

Before coming to Estee Lauder, Lesley was trademark counsel at Revlon Inc. in New
York for four years. Previously, she was an associate attorney at Howrey & Simon in
Washington, D.C.

Lesley received her law degree from The George Washington University in 1975 where
she also received her B.A. in International Relations in 1971.

She has been a frequent guest lecturer on clearance of trademarks at Columbia
University Law School and previously at the NYU Law School masters program in trade
regulation.

She has been attending INTA Annual meetings for many years and at the Chicago
Meeting was a panelist on Licenses Without Forms. Lesley is very pleased to be
participating in her first ECTA conference at Deauville.
