Lakeland Community College – Certificate in Emergency Management Planning and Administration Lakeland Community College is offering an Emergency Management Planning and Administration Certificate program. In response to the increase in natural disasters, terrorist incidents and other major emergencies the program is designed to address the four major umbrella areas of emergency management, which are mitigation, preparation, response, and recovery. An Emergency Management Planning and Administration Associate Degree is also available.
