Baton Rouge Community College – Certificate in Emergency Management Baton Rouge Community College has developed a Certificate in Emergency Management. The program is designed for those students who wish credentialing for their emergency management careers and for students entering the emergency management career field. The Certificate in Emergency Management will require 30 credits for completion. Students earning the Certificate in Emergency Management may apply the credits toward other relevant degrees and may use these as transfer credits to local four-year institutions.
