Missouri Training Needs Assessment Jim Charrier Missouri Training & Exercise Manager Jim Charrier Missouri State Emergency Management Agency Purpose The purpose of this presentation is to describe the Missouri State Emergency Management Agency’s process for targeting training for identified areas needing improvement. Survey Sent to Regional Representative a. Regional Rep passes URL/password to 11 regional discipline representatives b. Discipline representative passes URL/password to local discipline representatives (population over 3,000) 2. Top Ten Needs Sent to Region 5. Region provides prioritized list of desired courses to SEMA 6.
