Instructions
   A separate form must be completed for each tenant over the age of 18.
   Applicants must also include copies of the following with their application:
            o Either a copy of their last pay stub or most recent federal income tax return. A federal
                tax return must be included if “other income” is a significant portion of the applicant’s
                total annual income.
            o A copy of their driver’s license.
   Applicants are authorizing us to contact all their references (employer, landlords, personal) and
    perform a full credit and background check.
   There is an application fee of $21.95 per application form (i.e. per adult occupant) to pay for the
    background check. If the accepted applicant signs a lease, the application fee will be applied to
    the rental deposit.
   We will attempt to evaluate all applications within three business days, however difficulties in
    contacting references may delay the process. If rejected, applicants will receive an explanation for
    the rejection.
   Applicants will be evaluated regardless of gender or race.
   Pet policy: maximum number of pets are one dog or two cats. Violent dog breeds are not allowed
    on the property (i.e. pit bulls, rottweillers, etc). Pet deposit of $150.
