Domurad Chief Deputy Notice: The Local Rules Committee for the Northern District of New York, in conjunction with the Local Rules Committee for the Federal Court Bar Association for the Northern District of New York are soliciting proposed amendments to the Local Rules of Practice. If you wish to submit a proposed amendment to the Local Rules of Practice for consideration by the Rules Committee, you may do so via email at LocalRules2009@nynd.uscourts.gov or by regular mail to: John M. If the proposed amendment is adopted by the Rules Committee and the Northern District of New York Board of Judges, it will become effective January 1, 2009.
