conducted to assess the capability and psyche of a candidate. So irrespective of the position you seek or the
career you veneer into, you always need to be prepared to answer a set of common and regular interview
questions. Interview preparation question helps you tailor out some very convincing answers to some tricky
questions. Answering these questions satisfactorily can provide you with the confidence to take on the rest

Most interviews start with the question, tell me something about yourself? This question is asked not just to
know about your past but also about yourself. This is because, people who tend to think too highly of
themselves, seize this opportunity to go into a harangue. Unwittingly they reveal their garrulous or
conceited nature to interviewers. This question needs to be answered in a balanced way so that interviewers
don’t get a chance to pick up chinks in your armor.



The next commonly asked question is, why do you want to leave your company? This again is a question
used as a bait to know what you think of your former organization. Those who shoot of their mouth would
begin to bad mouth their last company. This helps interviewers understand your nature. Your answer
should revolve around what you gained from the company and not what you lost. Always round of the
answer by saying, you look forward to gain more from your new organization and so would like to leave
your present one. .



Another regular question is, how do you think you would value to our organization? The answer to this
question would enable interviewers know about your vision for the company. So, before you appear for the
interview, always think of ways by which you can bring difference to the new position. Try to justify it to
the interviewers.



Other commonly asked question is about your hobbies. Be prepared to about a genuine one. If you don’t
have one, tell the truth.



Interview preparation question need to be properly rehearsed and answered in a way that doesn’t sounds
