AMENDED OFFICIAL BANKRUPTCY FORMS EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2008
The Executive Committee of the Judicial Conference of the United States has approved revisions to certain Bankruptcy Official Forms to take effect January 1, 2008. The following is a list of the revised forms: -Official Form 1, Voluntary Petition -Official Form 22A, Statement of Current Monthly Income and Means Test Calculation (Chapter 7) -Official Form 22B, Statement of Current Monthly Income (Chapter 11) -Official Form 22C, Statement of Current Monthly Income and Calculation of Commitment Period and Disposable Income (Chapter 13) Copies of the amended forms have been posted on our website under Bankruptcy Info, Official Bankruptcy Forms at: www.txwb.uscourts.gov
