PLEASE NOTE: To insure the timely processing of plans for development projects in the City, those submitting plans for City review should
check submittal packages for completeness and compliance to the following checklist. Applicants should acknowledge completeness by
marking the spaces provided for each item. City Engineering Staff will inventory items upon submittal.

        THE FOLLOWING ITEMS MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE INITIAL SUBMITTAL
        This Form identifying all items being submitted.
        Grading & Erosion Control               5 sets (4 if residential), 24” x 36” . Folded to 8” x 9”, or 8 ½” x 11” max.
        Plans                                   (Distribution: 2 Planchecker, 1 File, 1 Planning, 1 Landscape Arch. For non-residential)

        Drainage/Hydrology Report               2 copies, bound, sealed and signed by Engineer of work. (Distribution: 1
                                                Planchecker, 1 File)


                                                2 copies, bound, sealed and signed by Soils Engineer, and Engineering Geologist if
        Geotechnical/Soil Report                applicable. (If report is more than 1 year old, it must be supplemented by a letter
                                                from the Soils Engineer stating that (a) the conditions on the site have not changed
                                                since the report and (b) all of the recommendations made are still valid and in
                                                conformance with the current city code). (Distribution: 1 Planchecker, 1 File)

        Preliminary Title Report -              2 copies. If offsite grading is proposed, a separate title report is required for the
