Recently in the USA Today, there was an article about a Doctor who was putting 20% down on a home and had an 800 credit score. 2 Days before he was supposed to close, his funding disappeared. A real estate broker contacts me about one of our homes available for "rent to own" and her story is almost the same except her credit score is in the 700 range.
