1. Rights disputes which is disputes that arise
   due to non-fulfillment of rights, due to
   differences in implementation or
   interpretation of the provisions of the
   legislation, labor agreements, company
   regulations or collective labor agreements.
2. Interest Disputes arising out which is disputes
   in the employment relationship because of
   lack of conformity of opinion about the deeds
   and / or changes in work requirements
   stipulated in the employment agreement or
   company regulations or collective labor
   agreements.
