Application Checklist: Applicants are responsible for submitting all materials to the PABA Foundation on time. Incomplete
applications will not be evaluated. This application becomes complete and valid only when the PABA Foundation has received all of
the following materials:

        Student Application Form (with signatures)
        Most Recent Official Transcript of Grades (including grading scale; online transcripts are not acceptable)
        Resume (include paid/unpaid work experience, school activities, family responsibilities, community service, honors and awards)
        Copy of LSAT score report/s
        Two letters of recommendation, at least one of which is from a current teacher
        Copy of 2008 FAFSA Student Aid Report form

Completed application form with supplemental materials must be postmarked by Friday, February 29, 2009 and sent to:

     At least 10 finalists will be chosen. Finalists must be available for a 30-minute interview in late March 2010 (dates TBD).
     Applicants will be notified by March 2010 whether or not they have been selected as scholarship, grant or fellowship recipients and
     announced in the annual fundraising dinner.

      your goals. What personal characteristics do you think will help you achieve these goals?

   c. Discuss a challenge – academic or personal - that you have faced and the way you have overcome it or dealt with
