New Suppliers – Required Contract Documentation
Note: Please do not submit forms to Aera Energy LLC unless you have been directed to
this website by an Aera Procurement Buyer. Unsolicited forms will not be processed.
Introduction If Aera Energy LLC Purchasing has made the decision to consider your
company as a potential Aera Energy LLC contractor, you have been directed
to this website to complete the first step in the contracting process. This
website provides you with access to required contract documents and forms
that must be completed and reviewed before your company is considered
further for a potential contract.
After all required forms and tax documentation have been completed and
provided as indicated, the information will be reviewed for approval by Aera
Energy LLC Purchasing. Upon approval, an actual contract document that
references the attachments below will be provided for your review. In
addition to the attachments referenced below, the contract document will
include the applicable scope of work, pricing, duration, and other terms that
both parties have discussed with respect to your contractual relationship with
Aera Energy LLC. If both parties can reach agreement on all terms and
conditions, the contract will be signed and put into effect.
Terms & Suppliers who contract with Aera Energy LLC for materials and/or services
Conditions must agree to Aera’s standard terms and conditions. These standard terms
and conditions will be made a part of the contract as Attachment 1.

Environmental Suppliers who provide services for Aera Energy LLC on Aera property must
Health & meet minimum Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements. The
Safety EHS requirements will be made a part of the contract as Attachment 2.
