Pittston PA, Scranton PA & Dunmore PA - Global Ice Cap Rink Management, LLC operators of Power Play
Rinks at Exton and Ice Cap Ice Rink in Reading PA would like to announce that effective January 26, 2009
they have entered into a management agreement to operate 3 different facilities in North East PA. The
Wilkes-Barre Scranton Jr Knights have signed a Lease with these arenas and hired Global to manage
them.

1) Ice Box Ice Rink in Pittston is a twin sheet facility, that houses high school teams and leagues,
Wyoming Seminary Prep School teams, Bloomsburg University Hockey, Pocono Pirates from the DVHL as
well as the aforementioned Jr Knights; Ken Weber former rink manager from Exton will be the Rink
Manager of this facility.

2) Ice Box Ice Rink in Scranton PA is a unique Single sheet ice rink in a strip mall attached to a roller rink.
This rink hosts the Jr Knights, University of Scranton Men’s Ice Hockey teams, Vipers Youth Hockey
others. Eric Duschnik will be Rink Manager of this facility.

3) Revolution Training Center in Dunmore PA a hockey specific training center featuring professional
coaches with a puddle ice rink, near-ice puddle size training sheet, state of the art off ice work out
facility operated by a professional trainer and a shooter training machine. Global will assist in
operations of this facility. The Revolution training staff led by Besa Tsintsadze will be used in all Ice Box
facilities to perform all of our on-ice training.

To replace the openings at Power Play Rinks at Exton caused by the movement of Ken and Eric, we hired
as our new Rink Manager Marty Lewis. Marty has a degree from Howard University and worked at rinks
in Washington D.C. and Los Angeles California, most recently he has been with the Ontario Reign of the
ECHL.

This now brings the number of facilities that Global Ice Cap Rink Management operates to five.
