       6.1 Conclusion
Most of the respondents interviewed were generally satisfied with their jobs, resulting in a
positive attitude towards delivery of work. Because private organization are highly conscious
about their all employees satisfaction. Job satisfaction is a heavily researched area of inquiry.
This paper has focused specifically on one aspect of job satisfaction, explicitly, satisfaction
with pay. The aim was to estimate the extent to which a teacher's job satisfaction is
determined by comparisons with other private organization as well as by other variables
mentioned above. By observing overall report we can say changes in organizational factors,
such as pay scales, employee input in policy development, and work environment could be
made in an effort to increase organizational commitment which in turn will lead to employee
commitment and satisfaction. For that reason Standard Chartered Bank employees are 18%
more satisfied than Commercial Bank of Ceylon.
       According to the results the job satisfaction of teacher employees is significantly
dependent upon pay, promotion opportunities, rewards, relation with boss and coworkers.
There is some confirmation that workers who are unhappy with their bosses are more
responsive to their pay in deciding on whether they are satisfied with their job.

6.2 Recommendations
The measures listed below, culled from all the information available with the examiner from
a review of existing literature distils and concentrates current expert and management
thinking on improvement of job satisfaction.
    A proper salary and reward system that is beneficial to employees, eminently fair,
       impartial towards gender or ethnicity and which promises rewards
    In terms of money and career progression is the first and foremost requirement for
       ensuring job satisfaction in the workplace.
    The provision of a workplace which is co operative and where staff are loved and
       wanted is essential for job satisfaction.
    This condition is compilation in many ways and includes the prevention of
       harassment, involvement of employees in real goal setting, planning, and problem
       solving, showing respect for diverse ideas and opinions, giving and taking honest and
       constructive feedback
    , Arranging for mentoring facilities, and sharing as much information as possible with
       employees.
    An atmosphere at work that continuously works towards employee development and
       advancement,
    Last one employ provide to the accomplishment, providing opportunities to learn
       new things and supporting developmental assignments and on-the-job training.
