20k employees in Canada, US, Mexico and South/Central America (Americas) and a $6 million HR budget. Reported
directly to SVP of Human Resources.
      Develop, implement and administer compensation policies and programs which include pay structure
          development, plan documentations, annual focal merit and bonus programs impacting 20k employees.
      Implemented and administered global grading structure for 1k jobs throughout Americas region.
      Responsible for project management, implementation, conversion and automation of various HRIS technologies.
