               This document shows the hazards present and safe working practices necessary to prevent harm.

       PROCESS:                                              SAW OPERATION (RAW MATERIAL)

    JOB/TASK                              HAZARDS                                     SAFE WORKING INSTRUCTIONS

                                                                            Wear SAFETY FOOTWEAR.
                                                                            Wear RIGGER GLOVES.
                          Back/upper limb injury.                          Use HANDLING EQUIPMENT provided.
Manual handling           Foot injury.                                     Beware of sharp edges, burrs & swarf on components.
                          Hand injury.                                     Refer to Group Manual Handling Procedures.
                                                                            All personnel to be trained in manual handling.
                                                                            Only trained personnel to use forklift truck.

                                                                            Avoid contact with eyes.
