Job Title:                Laborer
Reports to:               Yard Foreman

Responsible for assisting designated machine operator or production team in a variety of functions
including but not limited to maintenance, clean up, yard work, warehouse, production and material
handling. Responsible for maintenance on plant equipment utilizing preventive and predictive

       Makes routine equipment checks for proper operation
       Makes daily workplace inspections and pre-shift equipment inspections
       Sweep, shovel, and rake debris while cleaning plant
       Operate equipment such as front end loaders, skid steer loaders, haul trucks, vacuum trucks, and
        forklifts and any other equipment used within the plant
       Follow all plant safety policies
       Willingness to learn other plant job duties for vacancy replacement
       May be required to work shifts
       Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability

       May be required to return to work during non-business hours in emergency situations and to
        perform work on a scheduled stand-by assignment
       Ability to perform tasks that include walking, climbing equipment, working within confined
        spaces and lifting up to 50 lbs or more
