MINUTES MURRIETA PLANNING COMMISSION MARCH 22, 2006 – 6:00 P.M 26442 BECKMAN COURT, MURRIETA, CA REGULAR MEETING CALL TO ORDER: 6:00P.M. ROLL CALL: Present: None Absent: Rawlings, Fitzpatrick, Lane, Lupro, Thomasian Staff Present: Jack McGee, Planning Director Noting that there was not a quorum present, Mr. McGee adjourned the meeting and continued the only item on the agenda to April 22, 2006. PUBLIC COMMENTS AND PRESENTATIONS None. PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. REVISED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (RP0-004-064): A Request by Apex Development to construct a business park consisting of 141,215 square feet for industrial, office, warehouse uses, and a 105,600sf self storage facility with a 950sf onsite management office, and associated onsite parking and landscaping. The site is located in the Business Park (BP) zone north of Somers Road, south of Baxter Road east I-215 and adjacent to Antelope Road, at 35070 Antelope Road (APN 359- 240-016). ADJOURMENT at 6:05 p.m. The meeting was adjourned to the next Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission to be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2006, at 6:00 p.m. in the City of Murrieta Council Chambers, 26442 Beckman Court, Murrieta.
