                             SAGINAW COUNTRY CLUB

The Saginaw Country Club, founded in 1898, is a privately owned club located at 4465
Gratiot, Saginaw, Michigan. The purpose and objective of the Club is to operate as a
private social Club for the recreational and social benefit of its members.

The Club and its members take pride in its excellent service and outstanding quality of
food. All special events held at the Club must be member sponsored.

The Food and Beverage Team of SCC guarantee you and your guests a professionally
run event form start to finish!


       All menu selections should be completed at least two weeks prior to the special
event. Please contact our Club Manager at (989) 793-2860. Our following menu
selections are only a guideline. If you are looking for a more gourmet selection or
maybe your food budget is very tight, please let us know, as we will do everything we
can to meet your needs. Our goal is to exceed your expectations!

       Prices on our menus are market driven. The Club reserves the right to increase
prices due to market conditions. The Club will guarantee price quotes 90 days before
the special event date.
       If more than one entree' is desired, it is recommended that a combination plate
be chosen to ease the flow of service and to allow for more complete "focus" on service
quality and kitchen efficiency.

      The following guidelines are followed to guarantee you and other diners in
other areas of the Club a great dining experience:

                    **All parties of 20 or more must have pre-arranged menus
                    **Groups under 20 may select from our Ala Carte' menu or a
                    special printed menu featuring up to 4 items
                     **A minimum of 40 people is required for a buffet style dinner
                     **Parties requesting a choice of two (2) entrees will be permitted,
                     providing the host gives the exact number of each entree' to be
                     served at least 7 days in advance of the event
                     **Final count for groups of 20 or more must be received by the
                     Club at least 72 hours in advance of the event

        The Club requires a guaranteed final count at least 72 hours in advance. A
3% leeway will be given. If you exceed your 3%, guests will be served an item
from the kitchen that is most available to the Chef. Your final count given us will be
your minimum charge.
                    Decorations/Floral/Audio Visual Equipment
        Saginaw Country Club may assist you with many of these items. We have
many contacts with many florists, decorators, and party planners in the area as
well as entertainment suggestions, We would be very happy to give you our list of
recommended persons and companies associated with these services. We also
have many decorations and linen varieties available to you for any in-house
        Charges for these items are based on costs incurred by the Club for
cleaning and set-up. Some functions, due to their size, may require the renting of
special tables, chairs, China, linens, silver, etc. The cost of any rental equipment
will be the responsibility of the host.
        There is no rental charge for our in-house tablecloths, napkins, mirrors and
brass candle lamps.
                            Valet Parking and Coat Check
        Valet parking and coat check services are available upon request for any
function held at SCC. An additional cost of $50.00 per attendant will be charged.

                            Service Charge and Sales Tax
       All food and beverage charges are subject to 19% SERVICE CHARGE and
6% SALES TAX. Sales tax will be billed to all hosts unless a tax-exempt number is
received prior to the event and said event qualifies. Our management team will
share with you the rules and regulations.
                          Set Up Fees and Room Deposits
       A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 may be required for Friday and
Saturday events (please see the attached deposit form). Special events requiring
additional labor for set-up or tear down will be discussed with the host and an
agreed upon amount will be charged. *
       The SCC does not allow the affixing of anything to the walls, floors,
furnishings or ceilings of rooms with nails, tape, staples, or any other substances.
Please consult our Event Coordinator for full details of dos and don’ts.
                                  Beverage Service
       Beer, liquor, and wine are available. For full details, please ask our Club
Manager or Event Coordinator.

*Deposits will be refunded if SCC re-books the date with a special event similar in
size to the originally scheduled event.
                                  Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas of the Clubhouse. All other areas
inside the Clubhouse are smoke free.

                           SPECIAL EVENT DEPOSIT

A non-refundable* deposit of $500 is required for all member sponsored, Friday
and Saturday events that require the booking of more than one room and/ or for
groups of 100 people or more. This deposit will be returned to you by check from
the Saginaw Country Club office, following the payment of the party in full.
The deposit will confirm your date. In the case of two parties requesting the same
date, the party with the $500 deposit to the club first will receive the requested
date regardless of who may have requested the date first.

*To cancel an event for whatever reason, the Saginaw Country Club will refund the
deposit in full ONLY if the room or rooms are re-booked with a similar size event.
A sponsored event is defined as an event that the member is directly or indirectly
involved. The event is billed through a member’s account, but paid for by a non-
member such as an association, committee or an associate of the member.
A 75% pre-payment may be required to be paid one week in advance of the event.
Saginaw Country Club has the right to deny any sponsored party.
