									ABOUT SELF STORAGE?
      SERIOUSLY…If you’re serious about the
self storage industry, join SSA in Charlotte.
SSA events are developed by self storage professionals…for storage professionals. Based on recent events with the
economy, in business, and in real estate investments, and the post-conference surveys from our Fall Conference and
Trade Show, we have developed our program to include educational sessions and industry updates that you, the
serious professional, want to hear.
Your success is our goal. At SSA’s 2011 Spring Conference and Trade Show (April 5-6-7 at The Westin Hotel and the
Charlotte Convention Center) you’ll find sessions jammed with topical information that you can take back to your
facility and put to good use. This is your chance to learn from the best and network with your peers and the
industry’s top suppliers.

THE SELF STORAGE ASSOCIATION
The Self Storage Association is the country’s only national not-for-profit trade association working solely for owners,
operators, and suppliers of the self storage industry. For over 35 years, SSA has offered a professional network of
information and a wealth of experience. SSA members have access to the advice, knowledge, and mastery of
industry insiders and successful operators through our educational events.
In Charlotte, take the opportunity to learn from industry professionals who will share valuable advice and industry
expertise to help you in all aspects of your business.

Center City at your doorstep. All guestrooms
                          feature Westin’s signature Heavenly Bath®

machines, an indoor lap pool, and more.
You’ll want to stay in our headquarters hotel with your industry
colleagues. We encourage you to make your hotel reservations early;
our block of rooms typically sells out prior to the cut-off date (March 4,
2011), and the SSA rate may not be available after that time. Call the
hotel (704-375-2600) and mention your affiliation with the Self Storage
Association to receive our discounted room or suite rates.

Networking opportunities during the trade show and at breakfast were terrific.
The event was very well run and organized. The speakers were high quality,
and covered a wide variety of topics.
