Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations

The following is a quote from a Health and Safety Executive publication.

“We’ve made all workplace accidents easier to report because we
                         want them to STOP”
By law, if you are an employer, self-employed or a manager in any type of business,
it’s your responsibility to report all serious accidents at work under RIDDOR
(Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations). And now
that we have made it easier for you to report an accident, we can all work together to
make workplaces safer. You no longer have to notify to notify your normal enforcing
authority* You can contact us confidentially by any of the following methods.

Report via Internet at www.riddor.gov.uk

 Tel: RIDDOR on 0845 300 9923

 Fax RIDDOR on 0845 300 9924
