                                                     The project is to construct “The Community
                                                     Rooms” which is an annex to the existing
                                                     building, on the east end by The Avenue.
                                                     The annex will include a large meeting

                                                     and male and female toilets. The purpose
                                                     of the Community Rooms are to provide a
                                                     venue to host the community services the
