Middle Plantation Civic League Website: http://www.middleplantation.org September 2006
From the President
Your Civic League Board has elected a new Vice President, Marty Nopper, and a new Architectural Review Committee
Chairman, Tim Good. Steve Lonning, Jan Zalaskus and Lewie Gayton were reelected President, Secretary and Treasurer
respectively. Bernie Deneke was elected to the Board replacing Megan Lombard who retired after several years on the Board
and a stint as Social Committee chair.
We always welcome new talent to the Civic League. Please consider getting involved by joining one of our standing
committees or running for a Board position. The committee chairs are listed below. Please feel free to call any of the
officers or committee chairs with questions or comments.
The first membership meeting when you can meet your new board is scheduled for Tuesday, September 19 at 7:30 pm at
Kingston School in the cafeteria. Please plan on attending. Two additional meeting dates have been chosen so please mark
your calendars for Tuesday, November 14 and February 13. These meetings are also scheduled for Kingston School at 7:30
pm.
