Printed at the: FLO-CERT GmbH Public CC Supplement ASMO Gold Major Structure 6/25/2011 Public Compliance Criteria List - Artisanal and Small-scale Mining Organisations - Supplement - ASMO Major Structures Compliance Criteria are established by FLO-CERT to translate Fairtrade standard requirements and certification policies into verifiable control points that are evaluated in the certification process to determine compliance with the Fairtrade Standard . Nonconformity with a Compliance Criteria is a non-conformity with the respective standard requirement. Each Compliance Criteria is linked to a specific timeline indicating when it needs to be fulfilled. A Compliance Criteria identified as major is linked to a major Fairtrade Principle and needs to be complied with at any time. This Public Compliance Criteria List for ASMO Major Structures is a supplement to the Public Criteria List - Artisanal and Small-scale Miners Organisation -. Both compliance criteria lists apply and are controlled during a Fairtrade audit at a organisation considered as a "ASMO Major Structure". This version of the Compliance Criteria supersedes all previous versions. The Compliance Criteria are published in several languages. In the case of an interpretation dispute in any of the published languages, the English version of the Compliance Criteria prevails.
