There are many conferences going on at that time. Apart from Hilton and Sofitel, we know that the other hotels
have vacancies for those days. At the three hotels with special rates, we have blocked some rooms for you.
More will probably be available later when the other conferences have finalised their reservations. Therefore
we recommend that you either book immediately or that you check again mid-July. We stay at your disposal
for any help you may need.

INFORMATION ON TRANSPORTATION OR HOW TO REACH STRASBOURG
Train: Strasbourg has direct TGV connections with Paris, Lille and other cities in France and is also connected
to the German railway network (Bundesbahn). From the train station (Gare Centrale), take TRAM A going to
Illkirch Lixenbuhl and stop at the station Homme de Fer (2 stations next to station train). The first stop takes
you to Hotel Novotel Centre Halles; the second to Hotel de France, Hotel Center and Citadines.

Then to go to the meeting venue, take TRAM C going to Neuhof/Rodolphe Reuss (NOT Hoenheim) and get off
at stop Observatoire (5 stations from Homme de Fer). The Pôle Européen de Gestion et d'Economie (PEGE)
is about 200m from this station away. Take left, the Boulevard Leblois, and walk down until you reach a red
brick building (the PEGE). Taxis from the train station to PEGE (meeting venue) cost around 10 euros.

Planes: Strasbourg-Entzheim airport is located some 15km from the city centre. It is connected to the city by a
train shuttle from the airport: there are four trains per hour and the journey lasts 9mn. Taxis are also available
at the airport (approximate cost: over 30 euros).
Please note that you have direct TGV (fast trains) connections from Charles de Gaulle airport near Paris to
Strasbourg, without having to go into town and change stations in Paris.

Other flying possibilities:
- Karlsruhe Baden Airpark: Ryanair and Airberlin in particular fly to and from Karlsruhe-Baden Baden
airport (45 minutes from Strasbourg by car). From there take Bus line 205 to Baden-Baden Train station and
take the train to Strasbourg Gare Centrale. Shuttles are also available from Baden-Baden Airpark to
Strasbourg - Place Austerlitz (http://www.flightliner.de).
- From Basel-Mulhouse Airport you have a shuttle bus to Saint-Louis train station and from there train
connections to Strasbourg (67 minutes by train).
- Frankfurt International Airport has regular train connections to Strasbourg (with one change) and there
are Lufthansa buses from and to Francfort airport.
