old firm. Performed revenue, customer and market analysis, initiated targeted marketing strategy, CRM, forecasting

Del Mar Marketing, Inc.
          Acting subsidiary of Del Mar Development, a $40MM-$100MM/yr developer of luxury residential communities

Designed and implemented all operational, financial and business systems during 1500% growth over two years, with
up to $7.5MM annual marketing budget. Systems included project management, tracking, metrics and reporting, WAN
for four locations and two countries, and $15MM supply chain contracts for services, and facility build out, including IT
and communications.

Toolless Plastic Technologies, LLC (Sold to La Tolerie Plastique in 2006)
         This proprietary technology was developed in Europe, brought to the US in 1997. Toolless acquired the
         license and assets in 1998 from the failing licensor. Toolless designs, prototypes and manufactures custom
         electronic enclosures utilizing a CNC machining and fabrication processes. (www.toolless.com)
Acquired the assets, re-branded the company, developed and implemented growth strategy, ramped revenues and
operations by a 12x factor in first 24 months. Built engineering, manufacturing and sales teams, implemented LEAN
and Quality Assurance Systems. Sold the business when it was largest in its niche in the US and had #1 brand
recognition.


VICE PRESIDENT, GENERAL MANAGER, CO-OWNER                                                          1990-1998
Synergy Systems, Inc. (Sold to Sealaska in 1998, business closed in 2009)
         The premier, full service CNC machining and fabrication company in the Pacific Northwest.
Bought a 50% share of this company in 1990 with 3 employees, took over sales, marketing and business management.
Grew the company by a 21x factor in first 5 years to become largest in region with #1 brand recognition. Initiated and
executed lateral market expansion growth strategy into 5 new market sectors over 5 years; 3 requiring new technologies
and 2 requiring new competencies; secured joint venture partner to implement one sector expansion which required
$1MM in capital. Developed organizational and business systems to support growth from 3 to 65 employees over 4
years.
