This was taken from the LST as we approached Yon Che Do Island. The village can be seen at the center of the picture. It was a beautiful island and looked like such a peaceful place to live.
This was our A Company compound on Yon Che Do, motor pool to the right, PW compounds on the
mountain side in the back ground. There were PW’s in this compound at the time this was taken.
