You will see the following:
Under Member Login – you enter in your Username and Password
Then press ENTER or CLICK on LOGIN and you will see:
You will see a complete list of the Current / Upcoming Events you can register and/ or pay
TO REGISTER FOR AN EVENT simply click on the event title.
The event you are about to register for is shown in the window. To continue to register for
this event you select or CLICK on Register
The next screen should be:
You must select the box to continue registering.
After selecting the event, you may also ADD Participants. To add participants, click on
the Add Participant button.
You have the option of searching by Company Name and/or Contact name if you know it
And select an individual from the list or Add a New Participant if they are not listed.
Once you have added all the participants for your event, it will take you back to the screen to
show the added individuals, you will then go into the payment screen.
Click Next and the Payment screen will appear
If paying via credit card, simply fill in the required fields and click on next.
If paying by check, click on Pay by Check this screen will appear.
Click next and you will see this screen. Please wait while the registration is being processed.
Do not use the “back” or “refresh” option of your browser
Once registration is complete, this screen will appear
At this point you have the option of printing the invoice, Add to Calendar or Add to
Printing an Invoice
You have the ability to print your invoice for your needs. If paying by credit card you are
able to print your paid invoice after processing your payment.
ADD THE EVENT TO YOUR CALENDAR
Click on Add to Microsoft Outlook if you have Outlook, otherwise, use add to Calendar and
your Calendar software will open.
Click on Open
It will open an appointment in MS Outlook for you to manipulate as desired and save for
PAYING AND/OR PRINTING OF PREVIOUS PAID INVOICES:
Go to the drop down box
Select Event Attendance and Enter
There will be a list of events you attended. Once you know what you have attended you can
go back and pay for or print your paid invoices. Use the drop down to select Calendar of
On both sides of the Show Current Month there are arrows. The >> or << move you
forward or backwards one month; the >> >> or << << move you forward and backwards one

UPDATING BUSINESS AND OR PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION:
Use the Go to drop down box and select Profile.
You can fill in and update anything about your company and your self here. It will send a
note to the office manager indicating there are updates to be approved. The office manager
will go in and review the changes and approve them accordingly. These changes are made
immediately on Builder Fusion and the Website as the two are linked together.
There are many tabs available to enter corrected or additional information about you or your
company. Some tabs are view only or read only.
This is where you go to enter in the primary activities for your company. The directory
information is pulled from this field. You are limited to entering in two activities, however if
there are additional you would like selected, please email Jennifer Sweet at
firstname.lastname@example.org or Denice Grove at
email@example.com with your request.
Business Activities you have the ability to select the proper activities and move them to the
selected Activities box. Select it by clicking on the activity and then click on the >. It will
then move this activity to the Selected Activities.
Once you have filled in everything you wish to fill in, click on the SAVE button at the
bottom left portion of the screen.
Association Tab you have the opportunity to enter in a name of an individual that should
receive your future billings – Statement/Invoice Attention- Fill in the box and click on
Go to drop down and select Expenses a list of the types of expenses you have registered and
paid for will appear.
When you are finished, go to Log Out
