Open a P4P Provider Account
To open a P4P Provider account you must be a Job Board.

A Job Board is a company who advertises job postings on behalf of practically any company,
recruitment agency or advertising agency.

As well as the P4P Provider product Jobg8 provides the following services for job boards:

1. Job Source.
A Job Board who syndicates job postings to the Jobg8 network specifying the type of applicant
they require, the price they are prepared to pay per qualified applicant and the maximum
number of applicants they require. Jobg8 will distribute the job postings to Applicant Sources
who are prepared to provide qualified applicants at the required price.

2. Applicant Source.
A Job Board, Job Aggregator or Affiliate web site who is receiving job postings from the Jobg8
Network for the purpose of displaying the job postings to their candidates and selling Qualified
Applications to the Jobg8 Network at a price that they determine.

A P4P Provider is also a Job Source as the job postings their P4P advertisers post are syndicated to
the Jobg8 Network. The price per application is determined by the Jobg8 base price which is
calculated as a percentage of the monthly salary and the impact of the filtering questions the
advertiser selects as they create the position on the platform. The advertiser also provides the
number of applicants they require as they input the job posting.

                                                                                               th

Account Options
Whenever Jobg8 opens an account for a P4P Provider it becomes liable for all of the applications
bought from its network. For that reason Jobg8 has to be strict about who it gives credit to and at
what level.

Once an account is open the P4P Provider’s advertisers can advertise new job postings as long as the
P4P Providers account has available funds.

The P4P provider’s available fund is equal to:
(Credit Provided + Pre-Paid Funds) – (Unpaid Invoices + Apps Provided + Unfulfilled Apps)

Credit Provided
The Regional Sales Manager will decide which accounts are eligible for credit and the level of credit
they are eligible for.

For an account to be totally operational as a credit account, it will need a credit level that is at least 2
times the amount they expect to trade in each month.

This will allow them to trade for month 1 and pay their invoice by the end of month 1.

Pre Payment
If the Regional Sales Manager does not grant an account with any credit at all or with a level of credit
that is insufficient to be totally operational as a credit account then the P4P Provider can pre pay
into their account to increase their available funds.

                                                                                                    th

Integration and Account Set Up
The technical configuration guide details how to integrate P4P onto your site; however, this section
gives you an overview of the work that is required and what details we will require from yourself.

    1. Options for linking an advertiser through to the P4P product(s).
    2. Data required
    3. Product Alias
       a) Deciding the default mark up % (PPA)
       b) Deciding the default price and profit (PPP)
       c) Defining email messages that are sent by Jobg8 on the P4P Providers behalf.
       d) Defining the P4P Providers Terms & Conditions of business for E-Commerce
            transactions.
    4. Branding /styling of the product.
    5. Syndication to the Jobg8 network
    6. Billing for the P4P usage.

Linking to P4P - Access Methods
Auto Log In - Registered Advertisers Only (This is our recommended option)
Your advertiser logs into their usual account on your website, and where your product
options are listed, P4P is an additional product offered.

                  1. This option allows you to offer your advertisers the following payment options:
 Credit account - Offer your advertisers a monthly credit limit and the
facility to be invoiced for the product supplied.
 Fund allocation –Take upfront payment or limit their spending and
allow them to spend up to an allocated amount.
 Ecommerce account - Payment made via Google checkout or PayPal.
                  2. Changeable Pricing – Flexibility to offer reduced or increased rates per
                      advertiser.
This facility can be managed and accessed via the Jobg8 account or by your technical set up.

        Ad-hoc - All Advertisers.
The P4P product will be a general product option available on your website for any visitor.

                1. Ecommerce account only – No credit facilities are available on this option
                2. Changeable Pricing – Flexibility to offer reduced or increased rates per
advertiser. This facility must be managed by your technical set up.

                3. Registration and log in facility can be provided by Jobg8.
                    Email verification – See Appendix A
 Repeated email address and password

Please Note: This may result in your advertiser having two logins, one to your own site and
an additional one to the P4P Product.

It is highly recommended that a quick registration process is adopted on your site before
linking to P4P, therefore eliminating the need for Jobg8 to manage the registration and login
        process.

                                                                                                th
 8ba5b6cb-c799-4e13-854e-89c0a395b2c7.doc 14 May 2010
                                            Version 1.1 Page 7 of 34
You must decide which option you would like and notify your technical team so they can ensure they
set the product up correctly.

Account Defaults
Product Alias
If you wish to name the P4P product(s) something other than: Pay per Application or Pay per
Posting, this can be changed via the settings on your Jobg8 Account.
Please see section: P4P Jobg8 Account Page

PPA - Mark up.
This is the percentage by which Jobg8 increase the base P4P price for this account.

This will represent the profit that the P4P Provider makes on each qualified application.

Our cost to the job board for an application delivered through P4P will be increased by this
percentage and shown to the advertiser as their cost for the application.

This value is the default value for the P4P Provider and can be over written on an individual
advertiser’s PPA account or as a value passed in the URL data when linking to PPA

PPP - Pricing and Profit
PPP Sale Price – This is the price you wish the PPP system to display to your advertiser when they Pay Per
Posting.

PPP Minimum Profit – The minimum amount of profit you wish to make on the individual transaction.
Applications will then be bought from the Jobg8 network up to the remaining balance value.

Emails
When a job seeker applies for a job posting, Jobg8 will deliver the job application to the email
address of the contact that was entered during the creation of the job posting.

This email is sent on behalf of the P4P Provider and can be styled and worded similar to the P4P
Providers own emails.

Jobg8 has default templates available for use (Appendix A), these will be sent to you to review and
edit accordingly, alternatively you can provide your own version for us to replicate.

P4P emails include:
   1. Registration Email Address Verification
Sent to your advertiser if you choose the email verification method of registration
   2. Advertisers Email
Sent to your advertiser notifying them when a candidate has applied
   3. Candidate Data Email
Sent to you if an application has been received from a site which is happy to share their
      candidate data
   4. 3 day Expiry Warning Email
Sent to your advertiser notifying them that their advert is due to expire in 3 days time
   5. Advert Expired Email
Sent to your advertiser notifying them that their advert has expired

                                                                                                        th

Terms & Conditions
It is assumed that where a P4P Provider has created a P4P advertiser account that the P4P Provider’s
terms and conditions of job advertising have been agreed with their advertiser.

However, where Jobg8 provides E-Commerce for Ad Hoc P4P users and for P4P Advertisers who do
not have sufficient credit or funds allocated, the advertiser has to agree to a set of terms and
conditions before proceeding with the E-Commerce payment.

For these circumstances we require a copy of your Terms and Conditions so that we can obtain the
agreement from the advertiser before they proceed.

In the absence of the P4P Providers Terms & Conditions Jobg8 will display a tailored version of those
set out in Appendix B of this document.

Branding/Styling
The P4P web pages use Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to determine the look and feel of the site, this
allows us to style to your web sites brand and maintain and deliver what appears to be a seamless
link from your web site to Jobg8’s P4P.

In most cases that involves no more than matching the P4P Provider’s colours and fonts.

However, CSS files can be used to create radically different styles that for some P4P Providers might
be more appropriate than a simple colour and font change.

Where these more sophisticated changes are required the P4P Provider can either take control of
their own changes or work with Jobg8’s designers where a charge will be incurred.

Branding also applies to 2 additional forms, the apply online form and a job description page. These
forms are only displayed by Aggregators who display the job postings in the brand of the P4P
Provider.

All styling will be sent to you for approval before going live.

Syndication
Specify if they want to send their P4P advertiser’s job postings to:
          Themselves only
 Themselves and the full Jobg8 Network
 Themselves and the Jobg8 Applicant Sources in their inclusion list.
 Themselves and the Jobg8 Applicant Sources not in their exclusion list.

                                                                                              th

P4P Account Types
To provide the P4P product(s) to your advertisers you need to decide what type of account you’d like
them to have out of the following options:

   1. P4P Account Advertiser
       These can be either a:
        Credit Account.
The P4P Provider sets a credit amount up to which value the advertiser is to be provided
credit to be able to use the P4P facility.

At the end of each billing period the advertiser’s full credit value is restored for the
            following period.

        Fund Allocated Account.
The P4P Provider can set an allocated amount up to which value the advertiser is to be
provided with to use the facility.

You can allocate more funds to the account at any time.

Once the funds have been used, if the advertiser still wishes to post positions, but you
do not wish to increase their funds amount, they can still post but will be asked to pay
            using the Ecommerce facility.

On a monthly basis Jobg8 bills the P4P Provider for all of their P4P advertiser’s transactions.

At the same time, it sends the P4P Provider the details of all of their advertiser’s
transactions, which they can use to individually bill their own advertisers.

       Insufficient Funds
Financial transactions with a P4P advertiser who has insufficient funds will default to the
Jobg8 Ecommerce system and charge the advertiser via Google Checkout or PayPal.

   2. Ad Hoc Advertiser
The advertiser is forwarded to Jobg8

Jobg8 will register this type of advertiser as a P4P user and will allow them to manage their
       P4P job postings.

The advertiser will make payment through Ecommerce. Jobg8 will settle the balance of
monies owing on a monthly basis to the P4P Provider.

                                                                                                  th

Jobg8 Ecommerce
Jobg8’s E-commerce system handles all financial transactions with Ad Hoc advertisers or those P4P
advertisers who have insufficient funds.

Adhoc Users
For Ad Hoc Advertisers the last stage of posting a new advert is the E-commerce payment stage.

PPA
By this stage a cost per application has been calculated, the advertiser has indicated the maximum
number of applications they require and these details have been used to calculate the total cost that
would be due if all of the applications are received.

At this time the advertiser is not charged for the applications but Jobg8 does request an
authorisation (to ensure there are sufficient funds available) to take payment up to that value.

Periodically Jobg8 will take payments for any qualified applications received and obtain further
authorisation for the value of the unfulfilled applications.

This process is repeated periodically until either the job posting expires or all applications are
fulfilled. At which time the final payment, if due, is taken.

PPP
The full Job Posting cost will be charged to your advertisers chosen payment card.

Pending Payments
Once the advertiser has clicked on the final stage to commit the job posting the system will link them
through to either PayPal or Google Checkout.

The advertiser will be required to complete the transaction via the relevant payment system. The
P4P system will display the job posting as Payment Pending until PayPal or Google checkout have
confirmed the authorisation has been successful.

Please Note: If your advertiser is using one of the payment methods for the first time there are rare
occasions where the system can take up to 24 hours to process the authorisation.

If the payment pending status remains for longer than 24 hours this signifies that the authorisation
has not been successful. It is advised that you advertiser follows the payment process again.

PPA - Ecommerce Invoices
Periodically during the life of the job posting the Jobg8 system will request a payment for the
number of applications delivered. At this point the advertiser’s payment card will be charged and
PayPal or Google Checkout will provide an invoice via email.

PPP - Ecommerce Invoices
The advertisers’ payment card will be charged immediately and PayPal or Google Checkout will
provide them with an invoice.

Copy Ecommerce Invoices
Jobg8 are unable to provide copies of invoices. Your advertiser will need to access their PayPal or
Google Checkout account(s) for copies.

Adding Funds to a P4P Fund Allocation Account
P4P Providers will use Fund Allocation accounts for advertisers with no credit or advertisers that
have pre-paid with them.

    2. Then on the sub tab, select the ‘Allocate Funds’ option

    6. Enter the value of the funds you are allocating.
    7. Click ‘Allocate Funds’
    8. A confirmation page will appear confirming the allocation of funds has been successful

up to the total fund allocation.

Finances
The financial relationships between Jobg8 and the P4P Provider, the P4P Provider and the advertiser,
and Jobg8 and the advertiser can seem confusing, especially when E-Commerce is added. However,
when broken down in the following manner it is relatively simple:

Invoicing
Jobg8 will periodically invoice a P4P Provider for the qualified applications their PPA and PPP
advertisers have received during a period.

The P4P Provider will be charged at the base rate which is 0.1% of the monthly salary, plus any
increased value for any killer questions.

The invoice will itemise those applications whose cost has been met by monies that were pre-paid to
Jobg8 and these will be marked as “paid”. It will also itemise applications that are unpaid and the
value of these will represent the total unpaid value of the invoice.

Invoices are sent by email in PDF format and are backed up by a CSV file which itemises every
transaction.

All invoices and statements generated are available for you to view within the Finance Tab of your
Jobg8 account.
- From here you will see the date, the Invoice/Statement number, a brief description of the
Invoice/Statement, the payments made, the receipts received and the balance (if any) outstanding.

         PPA Purchases
The itemised CSV file also contains the information the P4P provider requires to invoice their
advertisers who may or may not have paid the P4P provider in advance.

Payment terms are strictly 28 days from the date of the invoice.
         PPP Purchases
Jobg8 will provide an additional CSV file that will detail all of the PPP transactions that have
taken place during the period. The itemised CSV file contains the information the P4P
provider requires to invoice their advertisers who may or may not have paid the P4P
        provider in advance.

The information contained in the invoice backup CSV file can be found at APPENDIX C

                                                                                                  th

Payments
Jobg8 will periodically create a statement of monies owing to a P4P provider for the qualified
applications and job postings, their PPA and PPP advertisers have received and paid for with
ecommerce.

PPA
The P4P Provider will be paid the marked up cost of the qualified applications minus the base rate,
which is 0.1% of the monthly salary, plus any increased value for any killer questions.

PPP
The P4P Provider will be paid the total Pay per Posting price charged to the advertiser.

Statements are sent by email in PDF format and are backed up by a CSV file which itemises every
transaction.

Payment will be made 28 days from the date of the statement. However, if the P4P Provider has
other monies outstanding to Jobg8 then settlement will be used.

If the money due to be paid is less than £25 then it will be carried forward to a future payment
period when the total payment due exceeds £25.

The information contained in the statement backup CSV file can be found at Appendix D
(This is also shown for your account within the Finance Tab when you log into your Jobg8 Account –
Ecommerce Statement)

Settlement
Where a payment is due to a P4P Provider the payment will be used to settle any outstanding
monies owed to Jobg8 prior to any monies being sent.

Returns and Disputes – PPA ONLY
The following Returns and Disputes procedure is only available to Pay Per Application (PPA)
advertisers.

Refunds
Jobg8 P4P gives you full flexibility to refund your advertiser should you require doing so.

Disputes
The system will also enable you to dispute any applications that you deem unqualified.

The network accepts that on occasion candidates may misrepresent themselves during the
application process and therefore provides a Disputes facility in order to manage these rare
instances.

The Disputes facility provides you with two options:

Return Application: You would like to refund the advertiser but are not disputing the validity of the
application with Jobg8.

Dispute Application: You would like to refund the advertiser and would also like to dispute the
validity of the application with Jobg8 and request a refund of the application price.

It is recommended that you obtain a copy of the application in question from your advertiser before
using the disputes system. We suggest this as you will always require the application ID to be able to
raise a dispute. This can be found on the application email or against the application on your
advertisers P4P account.

Please Note: All Returns or Disputes must be raised within 28 days of the expiry of the Job posting.

Raising a Dispute
Log into your Jobg8 account as normal and go the P4P Tab, on the sub-menu select ‘Disputes’ (this
will then be highlighted in yellow for you)

There are then 2 further sub-menu options, which are ‘Dispute Management’ & ‘Add Dispute’

                                                                                                 th
