					                                         DINNER MENU
  We set your table, light your candles, pour your wine and leave you to enjoy your scrumptious home
                                                made feast.
  2 courses each for $110.00 per couple delivered to your lodge. (Because we cook fresh and deliver to
     your lodge, there is not an option for 3 courses. You will find 2 courses more than satisfying).

                                                Entrée:
Feta & Spinach Triangles – three triangles of feta cheese & spinach wrapped in soft filo pastry, served
with small side salad.
Chicken nibbles – marinated chicken portions sprinkled with sesame seeds and placed on a bed of rice.
Home made soup – Thai pumpkin (very mild), served with a warm crusty bread roll.

                                                 Main:
                   Each main is accompanied by it’s very own vegetable side.
Organic eye fillet steak – we are fortunate to have an organic butcher in our town, so your steak is
tender and delicious - cooked to your liking and topped with our own special red wine jus served with a
baked potato and garden greens.
Stuffed Chicken Breast – a large tender chicken breast stuffed with camembert and coated in our own
garlic and oregano breadcrumbs served with an orange compote, served with a marinated veggie stack.
Thai Baked Fresh Water Fish – a fresh water fillet of fish baked in the oven with our own Asian plum
sauce (very mild) topped with slices of lime and fresh coriander (or basil for those who don’t like
coriander), served on a bed of mash and accompanied by garden greens.
Atlantic Salmon – Fresh salmon steaks pan fried with a light honey basil glaze on a bed of bok choy,
served with new baby potatoes and fresh vegetables.
Moroccan Chicken – Whole chicken quarters rubbed with Moroccan spices and garlic, and baked in a
honey and seeded mustard dressing served with new baby potatoes and veggies.
Balsamic & Garlic Lamb – Lamb cutlets marinated in our own home made balsamic and garlic jus and
served on a bed of greens accompanied by fresh veggies.

                                               Desserts:
Sticky Date Pudding – if you are a sticky date pudding fan, try this taste sensation. Served with
butterscotch sauce and fresh cream.
Vanilla Brule Cheesecake – delicious baked cheesecake topped with pears and bruleed. Served with
fresh cream.
Lemon Tart – if you aren’t a big sweet fan, try this delicious home made lemon tart. Truly a fresh and
zesty taste, served with fresh cream.
Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding – this is Phil’s grandma’s tried and true recipe, absolutely delicious if
you’re a chocolate fan. Served with fresh cream.
       Note: all our desserts are served with fresh cream, but we can serve ice cream if preferred.
