									                      $35.00 Shared Banquet Menu

The following menu is served 'banquet style' and priced at $35.00 per
person. Our delicious banquet menu is ideal for parties in excess of six
people. Remove the fuss, sample a wider variety of dishes and enjoy the
                    atmosphere of a shared banquet.

                                 ENTREES
      Served 'banquet style' and consist of one item per person

     • Spring roll wrappers filled with pork and glass noodles
  • Puff pastry triangles filled with ground beef and curry powder
     • Tender marinated chicken skewers with peanut satay sauce
                    • Crispy fried calamari ring

                               MAIN MEALS
Then to follow, choose three (3) main meals from the selection (below),
       and we will prepare your banquet based on those choices.

• Vietnamese peanut satay with capsicum, onion and baby corn served with
                                  chicken
• Thai basil stir fry with chilli, garlic, capsicum, beans, and bamboo
                 shoots, served with beef or chicken or
                        alternatively with seafood
• Cashews stir fried with a mild chilli jam, onion, capsicum, and carrot
                            served with chicken
     • Massamun curry of beef with potato, carrot and whole peanuts
• Penang red curry with sliced Japanese pumpkin and mushrooms, served with
                          either beef or chicken
    • Pad Thai noodle with chicken, bean sprouts and ground peanuts
• Salt and Pepper dusted prawns and squid on wilted bok choy with a garlic
                            and chilli dressing
       • Duck with red curry and lychees seated on coconut rice.

                             ACCOMPANIMENTS
                       All meals are served with:

          • Stir-fried Asian vegetables in a light soy sauce
                    • Freshly steamed Jasmine Rice

The following menu is served 'banquet style' and priced at $40.00 per
                                person
