The Game
A 3rd Person Adventure game where the player
    explores the depths of a crumbling mind
The Fiction
    Eris is in the middle of a complete mental
shutdown, and it is up to the player (as Lethe) to
free Eris’s emotions and bring her back to reality

Act I
Lethe runs to find Eris suspended in a labyrinth
Act I
Follow only available chain to find Denial
  - First memory collection
  - Break the first chain
Act I
Eris becomes aware
  - This is her sanctuary
  - Alludes to some horrible event
  - Lethe resolves to free Eris

  - Some give skills to help navigate Eris’s perception of the

Gathering memories weakens the chains on the
emotion, which will start to manifest in the area
Act II
Follow the chains to free the other emotions
  - No particular order
     - Memories from one area can unlock secret areas in
       another
  - Find all the memories to uncover the whole story
     - Discover what kind of person Eris is
     - History of Lethe’s and Eris’s friendship
     - Find out what happened to Lethe

Fear
  - Old shack across a forest where Eris and Lethe
    played as children

Collect memories to find your way

Eris’s emotion begins to manifest as the chains
  weaken
Act II
Follow clues from memories to find and release
  the chained emotion
Act III
Revelation that Lethe is Memory
  – The real Lethe died while trying to save Eris in a fire
  – This Lethe (Memory-Lethe) is the memory of Lethe up until
    the fire
  – Memory-Lethe’s resurfacing and memory collecting forced
    Eris to work through her pain
Act III
Final confrontation with Eris’s Self
  – Break the coffin in the central area to become one with Eris
  – Reenactment of the fire
