					Reunion
  July 16-18, 2010
    Welcome!

This year the SUNY Cortland Alumni Reunion Weekend welcomes some of the best! Along
with the signature classes of ’60 and ’85, the Alumni Association and the College community
welcome the sisters of Arethusa and Sigma Delta Phi to this annual gathering. Reunion is the
time to reconnect with your friends and alma mater. Reunion Weekend is the time to relive
the traditions and college experiences that have made us who we are.

Come visit. Walk the campus. Peek in the classrooms of the new Education Building and marvel
at the refurbished Moffet Center. (Where did the pool go?) Take a hike at Hoxie Gorge or
across campus. Wander through the exquisite gardens at the Lynne Parks ’68 SUNY Cortland
Alumni House. While the campus has changed, the student experience continues to be one
of unlimited opportunities. New courses, new academic programs, new clubs and new teams
provide today’s students with infinite possibilities to be, “all they are capable of being.”

As president of the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association, I am personally inviting you
to Cortland for our 2010 Alumni Reunion Weekend. Please be sure to complete the enclosed
form to join us July 16-18. The Alumni Affairs Office will once again offer a variety of activities
and events. Take a boat cruise. Play golf with your pals. Attend the reunion luncheon and
applaud the Distinguished Alumni Class of 2010. Meet old friends at the all-Greek reception at
the Alumni House. Join your Arethusa or Sigma Delta Phi sisters at a farewell breakfast. Go to
class parties and mingle with old friends. Remember the good-old days!

This year, for the first time, the Alumni Affairs Office will be working with the Cortland
Downtown Partnership to offer new activities during Reunion Weekend. Alumni are encouraged
to participate in the annual Taste of Cortland, walking the streets of downtown and sampling
local restaurants’ food and drink. And you are invited to spend Saturday evening (after class
parties) at a free concert presented in conjunction with the Cortland Downtown Partnership.

Please join us to rekindle memories and create new ones. Reunion is the time to celebrate all
that is special about SUNY Cortland.

See you at Reunion in July 16-18!

          Ronnie Sternin Silver ’67
          President, SUNY Cortland Alumni Association
