here for details.

We Want Your Feedback
There are three ways to provide feedback:

 Surveys - You will receive a survey after each theme – complete the survey
associated with this theme to let us know your thoughts on your experience.
 User feedback - Please encourage all the beta users in your organization to submit
their user experience via the feedback links in the service.
 Bugs and Suggestions - Report all service issues and suggestions in our
community forums, which are monitored by our Support team. When reporting a bug
or service issue, it’s important to include enough information for us to understand
and reproduce the issue. See Report a bug below for some best practices to follow
       when reporting a bug.

How to Record your Tasks with Problem Step Recorder (PSR)
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Problem Steps Recorder tool and Utility Spotlight will capture
everything visible on your computer screen, so be careful not to expose any private,
       personal, or corporate information.

Please run this only if you are reporting a bug – to reproduce the issue. This section
lists the tasks for this Theme. When performing a task, please record the steps you
take using the Problem Steps Record tool (PSR), which is included in Windows 7. If
you encounter any issues, you can attach the PSR log file to your bug report.

To run PSR from Windows 7, click Start, type PSR.EXE, and then hit Enter. For more
information about PSR.EXE, see the tutorial at
       http://blogs.techrepublic.com.com/window-on-windows/?p=849 and Problem Steps
       Recorder Help.

If you are not running Windows 7, you can download the Utility Spotlight screen
       recorder from http://technet.microsoft.com/en-
       us/magazine/2009.03.utilityspotlight2.aspx?pr=blog.

       How to Report a Bug:
       1. If possible, record the steps leading up to the issue using the PSR tool. See
Actions above in this document for more information.
       2. Navigate to Report a Bug, and then attach the file created by the PSR tool, or
          provide screenshots.
       3. Type a detailed description of the problem. Be sure to provide enough context
and information to help us understand and reproduce the issue.
       4. Your bug will be reviewed within one business day. If appropriate, you will be
contacted by a Support engineer, at which time you will receive a case number to
          track the issue.
