					ROBERT A. KAPLAN           CAREER SUMMARY
Senior Managing Director   Mr. Kaplan is a Senior Managing Director in the Miami office of HFF(Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.)
                           with over twenty years of experience in the fields of commercial real estate investment banking, sales,
                           and law. He primarily arranges debt, mezzanine, equity, and joint venture financing for his developer
                           and investor clients throughout the U.S.
                           Mr. Kaplan joined the firm in 1998. Prior to that, he was the executive vice president of the Miami-based
                           Continental Real Estate Companies where he ran the investment sales and finance division overseeing
                           the sales and finance of a number of South Florida’s premier office and retail properties. Before joining
                           Continental, Mr. Kaplan was the general counsel/executive vice president of Terranova Corporation
                           where he handled the firm’s legal affairs involving its management, leasing and workout activities
                           concerning its portfolio of over five million square feet of retail and office properties. Mr. Kaplan began
                           his career as an attorney at the law firm of Greenberg Traurig where he specialized in real estate
                           transactions, zoning, land use and environmental law. He worked on many of South Florida’s premier
                           projects including Fisher Island, Brickell Key, Williams Island, Kings Bay and numerous South Beach
                           projects.
