POSITION SUMMARY:
The TSG Support Associate will provide hands-on support for the office’s network operations
functions. The candidate will set standards of excellence and deliver services that ensure the
highest levels of IT support to end users and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

      Provide first and 2nd level Technical support to Bain’s employees
      Maintain network user accounts, groups, and directories in a secure, up-to-date manner
      Administer Exchange accounts, distribution lists, and public folders
      Assist in maintaining virus programs, backup, storage management, and printing services
      Assist in create optimized prototype configurations for new or unique PC hardware
      Create written documentation or procedures for TSG staff and end-users as instructed
      Escalate and report complex technical issues to Regional Technical Support specialists as
       required
      Participate in implementation projects in cooperation with Regional TSG personnel
      Assist in performing network hardware & software upgrades and expansions
      Administer the Voicemail server and PABX as per manager’s instructions.
      Provide off-hours, weekend and holiday pager coverage, as needed

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
      Undergraduate degree in information technology, business or other related areas or
       comparable experience
      3-5 years of broad network and customer support experience
      Strong technical skill including a thorough understanding of Microsoft Windows operating
       systems and Exchange administration
      Aptitude for quickly learning and applying new technologies
      Ability to identify and resolve problems with minimal supervision
      Builds relationships with clients and interacts with individuals at all levels of the
       company
