• Must complete 5 of 6 BBA core courses

   –   COB 191 (Statistics)
   –   COB 204 (Computer Information Systems)
   –   COB 218 (Legal Environment of Business)
   –   ECON 201 (Micro-Economics)
   –   GECON 200 (Macro-Economics)
   –   MATH 205 (Calculus)

• Must have at least a 2.500 JMU GPA
What If You Fall Short?

•   GPA Between 2.400 and 2.499
    - Have summer to reach 2.500

• GPA Below 2.400

    – Will be directed to Career and
      Academic Planning to select another
      major
To Be Considered for Admission
to the CoB & COB 300

 • Minimum 2.800 JMU GPA

 • Completion of remaining BBA core
   courses (10 courses in all)

 • No more than 2 Ds, Fs, WFs, or
   combination of Ds, Fs, and WFs

 • Have completed 56 – 70 credit hours
   when beginning COB 300
Admission to the CoB is
SELECTIVE

• Application occurs at the end
  of the sophomore year
