Authored the design, MUSP approval of two 347-unit towers, re-platting and
turn-key project sales of Bayshore Palms, a 5-acre waterfront site in the Brickell
area of Miami.
Led the prospecting, analysis, financial structuring and contract negotiation of
new development site acquisition opportunities.
Conceived and managed a re-sale brokerage office and led its expansion into a
general brokerage operation on South Beach that exceeded sales of $525 Million
between 2003 and 2007. Managed in-house sales staff of 10 agents.
Formulated and managed the exclusive sales and marketing programs for the
Strand, a $40 Million, 87-unit condo hotel on Ocean Drive, and Capri, a $110
Million, 72-unit luxury condo project on South Beach for Mayfield Development.

association meetings as developer representative for Multiplan USA.

Cerberus group, and lender under a $200 Million global mezzanine loan issued to
