ASSET AND PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT: 10 years as Vice President of Asset

      Spearheaded the asset management and leasing operations of commercial real

      Influenced the completion, sales and turnover of IL Villaggio, a $100 Million,
       127-unit luxury oceanfront project on South Beach.
      Steered the completion, leasing and management of the Shoppes of IL Villaggio,
       a 15,000 sq. ft. retail center fronting Ocean Drive on South Beach.
      Authored the design, MUSP approval of two 347-unit towers, re-platting and
       turn-key project sales of Bayshore Palms, a 5-acre waterfront site in the Brickell
       area of Miami.
      Led the prospecting, analysis, financial structuring and contract negotiation of
       new development site acquisition opportunities.
      Conceived and managed a re-sale brokerage office and led its expansion into a
       general brokerage operation on South Beach that exceeded sales of $525 Million
       between 2003 and 2007. Managed in-house sales staff of 10 agents.
      Formulated and managed the exclusive sales and marketing programs for the
       Strand, a $40 Million, 87-unit condo hotel on Ocean Drive, and Capri, a $110
       Million, 72-unit luxury condo project on South Beach for Mayfield Development.
      Negotiated and managed the turnover settlement with the unit owners; ran
       association meetings as developer representative for Multiplan USA.

       CRE loan portfolio in excess of $100 Million. Average deal size in the $3 to $10
       Million range.
      Demonstrated loan workout capability from borrower side on company
       commercial real estate portfolio in excess of $150 Million. Average deal size in
       the $5 to $15 Million range.
      Spearheaded the liquidation and recovery of commercial property portfolio in
       excess of $500 Million over a three year period. Average deal size in $3 to $15
       Million range.
      Formulated and executed numerous takeover management plans, asset
       enhancement, and recovery plans. Recent representative engagement includes the
       fractured condo project default takeover of the 223-unit Peninsula II in Aventura,
       and the 349-unit Marina Grande in Riviera Beach by CRE Boca, an affiliate of the
       Cerberus group, and lender under a $200 Million global mezzanine loan issued to
       Boca Developers.
      Well versed in foreclosure and bankruptcy legal proceedings.
