The 2011 Spring Trip for the Legends Golf Club will be in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada.
Renowned for its many championship golf courses, numerous hotels/casinos for world class
food and entertainment, and many other venues for sports, shopping and tourist attractions. It
is a wonderful opportunity for you and your family and friends to spend a wonderful week in this
wonderful desert oasis.

TRANSPORTATION - Sunday, May 1st is the travel day to Las Vegas. It is recommended that
you car-pool with fellow members or friends/guests to the Las Vegas area. Optionally, you may
choose to fly; there is no need for a rental car as the hotel/casino provides shuttle service
to/from the airport and the hotel/casino. The shuttle runs every two hours from 9:00 AM to
11:00 PM (i.e., 9AM,11AM, 1PM, 3PM, 5PM, 7PM, 9PM and 11PM). Bus Transportation
to/from the hotel/casino to the golf courses will be provided by the golf course. There is no
charge for the hotel/casino shuttle and the golf course transportation. Car pool/airplane costs
are your own responsibility.

HOTEL/CASINO – We will stay at the Suncoast Hotel and Casino, 9090 Alta Drive, Las Vegas,
NV 89145, (866) 636-7111; known as the casino “where the locals play” in the upscale 
Summerlin district. In addition to the over 400 deluxe rooms, the Suncoast has 24-hour action
at their 80,000 square foot casino, a 64-lane Bowling Center, a Theater complex featuring 16
separate screens, numerous restaurants including Salvatore’s Italiano Restorante, Senor
Miguel’s Mexican, St. Tropez International Buffet, SC Prime Steakhouse, TGIF Friday’s, Café 
Siena coffee shop and many additional food outlets including an Oyster Bar, Bagel Corner &
Deli, Kate’s Korner Ice Cream.  The Suncoast also offers a 500-seat showroom with live
entertainment that made Las Vegas famous, and pool & Jacuzzi, Spa & Barber Salon, video

I have reserved a block of Deluxe 550-square foot rooms for the Legends; the special room rate
for our club is $45.00 per night, single or double occupancy, Sunday through Thursday nights.
Triple occupancy will be surcharged an additional $20.00 per room. If you want to arrive earlier
or stay later, the rate is $93.00 per night Friday or Saturday. An additional $5.00 per day resort
fee and 12% Clark County room tax is not included. The resort fee covers benefits such as
scheduled shuttle service to the airport/strip, access to the 24-hour fitness center, daily USA
Today newspaper, in room refrigerator & safe, local & toll free calls & other services. Mention
“Legends” when you call in for your reservation.  You must have your credit card number to 
secure your reservation. The Cutoff for making reservations is 30 days prior, or April 1, 2011.
Optionally, you may make your own resident arrangements (other hotels/casinos, timeshares,
etc.) but I suggest you will not find more reasonable rates, and you will have to go to the
Suncoast for transportation to/from the airport and/or the golf courses.

GOLF TOURNAMENTS – There are three rounds of golf booked for this trip, to be played
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, May 2,3,4. The golf courses are the two courses at Angel
Park Golf Club (the Palm Course on Monday and the Mountain Course on Tuesday) and the
Legacy Golf Club on Wednesday. We will have a Buffet Luncheon after each round at Angel
Park; a box lunch will be provided for the round at the Legacy Golf Course on Wednesday.
Currently we have 40 to 48 players booked for these three rounds. Optionally, we may book a
fourth round of golf on Thursday if we have enough players (a minimum of 20 players) that are
interested. I will poll the people signed up for the trip in March to determine if a fourth round will
be booked.

The three rounds booked will be Legends CLASSIC tournaments, with Best Ball Teams,
individual men & women flights, men & women skins games and our Legends On-The-Green
(OTG) game at every course. Should a fourth round be booked, it will be a non-CLASSIC

As stated previously, bus transportation will be provided to the golf courses. The bus will pick
you up at the Suncoast hotel/casino and return you to the Suncoast after the round. For those
of you that have your own cars, you may choose to go to the course(s) by your own vehicle or
take the bus.

COST SUMMARY – The cost summary for this fabulous trip is as follows:

TRANSPORTATION: By car-pool or air, on your own responsibility

HOTEL: Suncoast Hotel/casino: $45/per room, single or double occupancy, plus $5/per day
resort fee and 12% Clark County room tax, payable by your own credit card/cash. If you
arrange your hotel, timeshare, etc. your own responsibility.

GOLF: Three rounds of golf, green fees plus prize fund and food (Buffets and box lunches):
$400 per person. Payable to Legends Golf Club. $50 deposit/person due March 1, 2011, final
payment of $350 due April 15, 2011.
