California's Human Resources and Payroll
legacy applications with an integrated human
resources management system (HRMS)

The CSU/SCO 21st Century Project will
integrate the CSU’s Common Management
System (CMS) baseline application and related
HR and Payroll business operations with SCO’s
selected software

– Disseminate project-related information
to appropriate campus representatives
– Coordinate the involvement of key staff members
and experts from the campus in project-related activities
– Respond to requests for information from the CSU Project Team,
including surveys pertaining to campus practices, utilization of
staff to discern training needs, campus module deployment
schedule, etc.

The Campus Coordinator will be expected to participate
in scheduled monthly teleconferences with the Project
Campus Liaison, with more frequent interaction occurring
occasionally, and to participate in various tasks
The Campus Coordinator will be expected to ensure the
completion of various activities related to the project
– Discretion of campus and Campus Coordinator to determine the
amount of time the Campus Coordinator
actually spends conducting the various
project activities or managing the
activities through delegation to other
campus representatives
