                     Provider.
                3) Wind coverage required. If excluded on Hazard policy, obtain separate policy.
            Flood insurance (the lesser of):
                1) the replacement cost of improvements as determined by insurer, OR
                2) the mortgage amount (combined 1st and 2nd) as long as it equals min. amt. of 80%
                of insurable value as provided on the hazard policy, OR
                3) $250,000 (maximum amount of coverage available through NFIP)
