TERMINATION OF LEASE
THIS TERMINATION OF LEASE is executed this day of , 2005 by and between the City of Orlando (“Landlord”), and Angela Hanif Corporation, a Florida corporation, (“Tenant”). WHEREAS, the Landlord and Tenant previously entered into a Lease on January 30, 2003 for the Tenant’s Lease from Landlord of the retail space located at 333 West Church Street on the first floor of the Church Street Parking Garage, (the “Lease”). WHEREAS, the Landlord and Tenant have mutually agreed to terminate the Lease prior to the expiration of its term on January 31, 2006. NOW, THEREFORE, the Landlord and Tenant hereby mutually agree to the termination of the Lease effective January 31, 2005. Tenant shall be responsible for all rent and other lease obligations accruing on or before January 31, 2005. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Landlord and Tenant have executed this Termination of Lease as of the date first written above.
