                      Former FOX Audience Network Marketing Executive to Lead
                          TrueCar’s Direct-to-Consumer Marketing Initiative

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Feb. 10, 2011 — TrueCar, Inc., the automotive market innovator, changing how
cars are sold, today announced that Jason White, formerly SVP/GM at Fox Audience Network, has been
named Executive Vice President of Marketing at TrueCar.

White will be responsible for developing, directing and overseeing direct-to-consumer product
marketing, ecommerce, online and offline advertising initiatives, and media across TrueCar’s current and
developing properties. This addition to TrueCar’s executive staff is essential as the Company prepares to
launch major direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition and retention,
and brand awareness.

marketing across multiple channels. He will be vital in delivering awareness of our brand to consumers,”

White comes to TrueCar with extensive experience in online media and marketing, specifically centered
on development and implementation of best of breed display, search engine marketing, search engine
optimization, affiliate and e-mail contact strategies. He has proven successful in analyzing consumer
behavior trends and implementing direct response programs, and has a strong background in creative
development across traditional, online/digital, offline and social media marketing.

Triple-digit revenue growth through customer acquisition and monetization initiatives can be attributed
to White’s work with various Fortune 100 companies. Most recently, White developed a $40 million
P&L at FOX Audience Network’s MyAds.com centered on advertiser acquisition for retail, comparison
shopping and local display advertisers.
Prior to MyAds.com, White was VP of Network Development at FOX Audience Network, and also served
as VP/GM of Media and Operations at Traffic Marketplace. Additional senior management experience
was gained as VP of new customer acquisition at Bank of America.
