AOL Logo Usage Rules for OpenID and OpenAuth Programs

Welcome! We are willing to allow you to use certain logos of AOL with AOL
authentication programs (“Logo(s)”) only on the condition that you accept all of the
terms of the AOL Developer Network Terms of Service and Agreement
(http://dev.aol.com/tos) as supplemented by the additional terms below (the “Terms”).

BY DOWNLOADING OR BY USING THE LOGOS, YOU AGREE TO FOLLOW
THE TERMS.

1. The AOL authentication programs, including AOL OpenID and AOL OpenAuth
(the “Programs”), are offered by AOL LLC and its affiliates (“we” or “us”) as part of the
AOL Developer Network. We may change or discontinue any Logo or Program at any
time. We may modify the Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will
be available at [insert URL]. Your ongoing use of the Logos or any Program after we
make changes to the Terms means you agree to the new Terms.

2. We give you a limited license to use the Logos only to promote the availability on
your programs or web sites of any Program to authenticate users. You may use the Logos
on Web sites, in the UI of your programs, and in promotional and reference materials.
You may not assign, transfer or sublicense this right to others. You may only use the
Logos on Web sites, programs, and in promotional and reference materials that you own,
operate or control.

3. Your Web sites, services or promotional and reference materials that use any
Logo must facilitate interoperation with AOL authentication systems. Successful
interoperation must be maintained and validated on an ongoing basis.

4. You must use any Logo only in its entirety and original form except as permitted
by the following:
    a. You may enlarge or reduce the size of a Logo for a particular situation, provided
that you do not distort the proportions of the Logo or make the Logo unreadable
        or unrecognizable by a user.
    b. The registration mark may not be removed from the Logo. However, the
registration mark may be increased in size to make it readable if you reduce the
        size of the Logo.
    c. The Logo must appear by itself with sufficient spacing around the Logo to
provide distinct visual separation from other graphical and textual elements of the
program, web site, or promotional and reference materials.
    d. The color of the Logo may not be changed except that the background may be
made transparent or changed to blend into the color scheme of the program, web
site, or promotional and reference materials.

5. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and these Terms in
connection with your use of the Logos.
6. You may not use or display the Logos:

       (a) In connection with any Web site or service that violates applicable law or
the rights of others, including without limitation, the laws and regulations
governing unfair competition, false advertising, consumer protection,
               obscenity, spamming and privacy;

       (b) In connection with any Web site or service that violates the Terms or our
               policies and guidelines;

       (c) As a design element of logo, trademark or service mark of another entity
               or person;

       (d) In any manner inconsistent with terms and conditions pertaining to the use
of our Trademarks as set forth in Section 6 of the AOL Developer
Network Terms of Service and Agreement (http://dev.aol.com/tos); or

       (d) In any manner that expresses or implies an affiliation with, sponsorship, or
endorsement by AOL or any third party.

7. You will provide us with samples of your use of the Logo if requested by us. You
agree unconditionally to correct or remove promptly any use of the Logo that we deem is
improper upon notice or request from us. We may terminate the rights granted to you
immediately if we believe you are in violation of these Terms.

8. We are the sole owner of all rights, title and interest to the Logos. Nothing in
these Terms shall be deemed to grant you any right, title or interest in the Logos or our
Trademarks other than the limited license to use the Logos which is provided herein.
We reserve the right to take any action against any use of the Logo that does not comply
with these Terms, or violates any applicable law or regulation.

9. WE PROVIDE THE LOGOS “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” YOUR
USE OF THE LOGOS ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. We make no warranties, express or
implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.

10. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES,
INCLUDING CLAIMS FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, LOST
PROFIT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES OR
JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS FOR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY IN SUCH STATES OR JURISDICTIONS SHALL BE
LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. We incorporate by reference the AOL Developer Network Terms of Service and
Agreement (http://dev.aol.com/tos), which are made a part of the Terms. By
downloading or by using the Logos, you acknowledge that you have reviewed
these Terms and agree to them.
