					This Policy Regarding Harassment and Discrimination is used by employers to combat
harassment and other forms of discrimination in the workplace. This policy defines
sexual harassment and other forms of harassment and sets forth the procedures
employees should follow to report incidents of harassment. This document sets forth a
standard policy regarding harassment and discrimination and it may be customized to
reflect the specific policy of the employer. This policy should be included in a company
employee handbook or distributed on its own to employees by the human resources
department.
